Please allow me to interrupt your busy schedule to comment on my recent shopping experience.  I had been searching for a smaller size sofa bed for my “park model” unit.  After visiting several other stores, I stopped at your Arrowhead store in Glendale.  From the minute I entered, Jeane Adinolfi made me feel as if I were a friend, rather than a customer.  She could not have been more concerned with my needs, and was able to use her expertise to give me advice and suggestions.  What an asset she is to your organization! Much to my delight, the sofa was ready ahead of the estimated time, and was delivered with great care, and on schedule, by Ricky B. and Joe from the Chandler store.  I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who called to schedule the delivery, but all were very polite, courteous, and helpful. My sincere “thank you” for such a delightful shopping experience!  Needless to say, I will recommend your store to anyone looking for superior service and quality product made in the USA!

I have recently taken delivery of two couches manufactured by your firm.   The quality of materials and construction is truly outstanding and I am very pleased. Beyond product, we both know that successful companies are a result of quality people.  All too often those people go unrecognized and I do not want to be guilty of that.  Before I retired from my own business, I had 45 sales people producing $200 million a year in sales.  Of that group, my best salesperson was about 2/3 as good as Roger Tomasek.  He is knowledgeable, sincere, helpful and extremely patient during the selling process.  He is a real asset to your organization.  The two young men who delivered my couches did everything perfectly.  They were punctual, helpful, and sincerely interested in how we felt about the couches.  What a delightful experience to meet and interact with them. Your product and people have made this purchase decision a very enjoyable process.

On March 10, my wife and I had delivered a couch and love seat that we purchased from your store in Centennial, CO. Your two employees, Joe and Jose, were consummate professionals.  They were friendly, energetic and extremely accomodating.  We could not be more pleased with the service we received from them. Along these lines, we also enjoyed working with Michele during the purchasing process.   We probably made four visits to the store before making a selection of the style of sofas we needed in our new home.  Michele was very knowledgeable of the products offered but discretely remained in the background as we made our way around the showroom narrowing our search until we made our final selection.  Michele is effervescent, knowledgeable, and just a joy to work with.  She, along with Joe and Jose, are a credit to your company.
